Australian Seniors Travel Insurance Review

Pre existing medical conditions e.g. high cholesterol or cardiac issues are not covered and not even considered or assessed for cover. Therefore most seniors are not covered by this company. Misleading and discriminatory.

Unfortunately my husband had an accident on a cruise and had to be removed from the ship to a hospital in Aomori Japan where he remained for two weeks. The assistance we received from Chubb Insurance and their Medical Assistance team in Sydney was amazing. We could not speak or understand the language and the team kept in touch with us and helped us with all necessary arrangements. All our hospital expenses were paid and flights home were arranged and paid for. Other incidental expenses were paid quickly once we arrived home and claimed them. I would highly recommend Australian Seniors Insurance Agency to anyone contemplating a trip.
