CTI Verdict

Australia Post travel insurance is a reassuring pick for travellers who like dealing with a name they already trust. The plans cover a generous list of activities as standard; things like bungy jumping, white water rafting and skydiving are all included without needing to pay extra. Snow sports and motorcycle riding do need to be added on, and cancellation cover isn’t automatic so you’ll need to select an amount when you buy. The 21-day cooling-off period is also longer than most insurers, perfect for those who want the option to pull out if plans change.
