we have had travel insurance often and I Cover was very easy and quickly done. We have not made a claim with any insurers we have been with, I do feel a bonus or discount would be a great idea for people who have never made a claim (with the same company )

Easy to deal with and have received a discount as a returning customer which is always nice. Very price competitive. We have used several times now and fortunately we have never had to claim so we cannot comment on that process. Have also referred several friends to 1cover as we find they are good value for money.

Certainly would recommend 1Cover. We mainly travel domestically and it's the only company we use, primarily because of the value for money. We have yet to make a claim so cannot comment on that score.

Even though I did not make a claim I am sure it would have been been a smooth process as was applying for Travel Insurance..

Have used 1Cover over the past few years for travel insurance. 1Cover have always been easy to deal with over the phone or online. Even when arranging insurance for my elder Mum, with doctor forms etc. Their pricing has always been competitive.

I had cause to make a Claim through 1Cover in Aug 2012 while on holiday in Thailand. I had become ill and been admitted to a local Bangkok Hospital. I rang the Emergency Assist number in Australia to seek assistance as to what I was required to do, the help that I received from the Operator was sensational, she went out of her way to assist and everything that she said would be attended to was done without haste and I was kept updated by telephone. On my release from the Bangkok Hospital, I was required to do nothing, everything had been taken care of by the local 1Cover representative. When travelling overseas this year, I had no hesitation in again taking insurance with 1Cover.

I have used the travel insurance several times. I had a problem extending the coverage on line once and had to phone them to extent. It was done easily on the phone but couldn't be done on line. The cover for vehicle excess is a lot cheaper than the car hire companies charge plus you get a few other things covered. I have never made a claim so I can't comment on how efficient that is.

Easy to purchase and had a good level of cover compared to other similarly priced products. Didn't have to claim so can't comment on that process.

Have made several trips overseas over the past few years and have arranged cover with 1Cover. Luckily I have not had to make a claim. The 1Cover website is easy to navigate, get a quote, find out what is covered, pay and receive cover note. The cost is very competitive. I had to contact 1Cover recently to amend the type of cover purchased and my call was answered immediately and my cover amended very quickly and professionally. I could not fault the customer service.
