How many people can I include in my policy?
You can purchase a policy for 2 adults and up to 9 children online.
Am I covered if I go on a cruise?
Yes, you don’t even need to pick a cruise specific policy. Here’s a top tip: Even if you’re travelling in Aussie water you still need to pick pacific.
Am I covered for skiing and my equipment?
You will be covered for any medical expenses you incur whilst skiing but not for skiing equipment. You also will not be covered for skiing off-piste.
Can I pay to reduce or cancel my excess?
No, Traveller do not allow you to reduce excess.
Am I covered if my tour company collapses?
No, Traveller doesn’t provide protection from insolvency.
I’m not an Australian resident- can I buy cover?
No you need to be an Australian resident to buy their policies.
What size moped or motorbike am I covered to ride overseas?
You are only insured to ride a bike up to 200cc provided the driver has an Australian license that is valid overseas.
How long is their single trip cover for?
6 months.
Can I extend my policy from overseas?
Your policy will be extended for free on one trip policies if you are delayed home due to unforeseen circumstances.
Do they cover for my rental vehicle excess?
Yes, an optional extra will cover your rental vehicle for up to $5,000 with their Elite policy.
