Revised many insurance covers and finally chose zoom. Didn't need need to claim but for all other contact I had with them was very efficient and easy to do. Great pricing for family (including adult children) would use again.

Our daughter lost her expensive dental plate while out at dinner when travelling and Zoom Travel took care of reimbursing for the replacement. Alleviated a lot of stress for our family and daughter.

Only insurance company, well that i have experienced, that asks if you have a claim once your trip is complete. Buying this insurance was also a seamless process. Would definitely purchase insurance for future trips through Zoom.

Sent an email with a link to make a claim at the end of my trip - didn’t need to make one thankfully but was good of them to make sure I’d been okay while I was away, and if I’d wanted to make a claim I would have known where to start.
