Claim for lost/stolen personal items acknowledged almost immediately and acted upon within a couple of days. Hassle free, very easy, very fast. Great experience.

Finding Zoom online really highlighted how many insurance companies are ripping us off. Zoom offered a similar 'unlimited' travel policy at a fraction of the cost of others. The phone service was great when I had an online problem. Fortunately it was an uneventful trip and I had no need to reach Claims! ☺ Zoom zoom ....

We recently travelled to Vietnam and took out travel insurance with Zoom. We needed to make a claim due to a delayed flight and I found the whole process to be very easy to do and the refund was processed within the time frame that they quoted. Would definitely use Zoom again.

I checked out a couple of different companies for travel insurance when I’m not a permanent resident of Australia yet, and this one was not only the most value for money by far - it also was the easiest process both with the initial phone conversation, follow up email and navigation of website. Service both before and after I purchased my insurance was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Though was an incident free trip... chose Zoom due to the excellent reviews from people who did have to claim.. found the policy to be good value for money, with great coverage.. will definitely go with Zoom for any future trips.

Had a minor injury snowboarding. When I got home I received an email with a link to "Make A Claim" link. Easy to fill out the PDF, scanned my receipts, 5 days later got an email stating my claim has been approved and money was deposited a few days later. Will use them again on the next trip.

After reading reviews and the travel policy thoroughly I was more than happy to take out my travel insurance with zoom. Even though I had no need to claim anything I felt confident and comfortable on my trip if anything did happen to go wrong. Will definitely use again.

I didn’t have need to make any claims which was good! However the the process to get my insurance was smooth and very easy to follow. I would use Zoom again in the future for sure.

Wow. A day after our trip we receive an email to see if we need to make a claim. Luckily we didn't have too, but very impressive. Had great service and advice from day one.. Thank you :)
