Was given credit for a delayed trip due to travel restrictions. Good prompt service during pandemic will deal with this company again.

Zoom, without a doubt, will be our go to insurers! Throughout our dealings with Zoom, they have been professional, understanding and CARING! In current times of hardship, our claim was processed with complete compassion and made us feel valued throughout. It's this personal service that certainly goes a long way when in need of empathy and understanding. I had to cancel a trip due to the corona virus and I was outside the time in which you can change dates on your policy. Zoom were very understanding and immediately issued me with a credit voucher. I was so impressed with the speed in which they handled my query and their willingness to find a resolution.

I forgot to apply for a refund (due to COVID19) until after the cancelled travel dates had been and gone. Zoom still issued a credit voucher to me as a Goodwill gesture.

Over the last couple of years I have used the Car Hire Excess component of Zoom Insurance every time I've hired a car, including a planned trip to ADL in Jun'20 that due to COVID-19 was cancelled by providers, as it is an excellent competitive option to going direct with a hire car company; I have never had to make a claim previously until this one for my MCY Dec'19'Jan'20 trip where I expected claim difficulties but there was NONE - thankyou.

Unable to travel due to the pandemic was provided a credit by Zoom to cover our no longer needed travel insurance. No trouble to organise from an appreciative client. Thank you.

I was unable to use my policy due to Corona virus shutdown but was very pleased to be given a credit voucher to use when travel is allowed again.

Zoom was recommended by my daughter, so my husband and I thought ok we will try zoom , we have found them very easy to talk to if we had concerns, we have taken 2 credits because cruises were cancelled, zoom got back to us And were so helpful.

Policy had everything we needed at a reasonable cost. Fortunately for us we did not have a claim so can not comment on the claims side of their business.

The ease of obtaining the cover and the price was great. I will use Zoom again for our next holiday

This is the 4th time we have used Zoom and it won't be the last. Never had to claim but good to know it's there.

Purchasing this insurance was so quick and easy, and it allowed us to travel with the peace of mind that we were covered for any unforeseen event. Fortunately our holiday went smoothly, and we did not require any assistance from Zoom.
