Had peace of mind entire trip of being covered for any unforeseen circumstances but had hassle free trip and did not need to make any sort of claim and would definitely use again.

Had the best time on our holiday. It was comforting to know Zoom was there in case of misfortune.

Easy application and a good coverage; thank fully we had an incident free vacation so I cannot comment on customer service or claims experiences.

The price is a killer for over 80's. Taking into account the number of exclusions, the medical cover is "over the top". It cost us almost as much as the cruise fare for insurance. Would appreciate a lower rate

Easy and very clear when organising travel insurance for my annual trip to HNL, which is so important to get full cover. Appreciate the welcome home email too ! Will definately recomme nd to workmates travelling later on this year !

Had no need to claim on our first journey, but I have another trip in September-October which I have also used Zoom for our insurer. I hope we do not need their assistance then either, but feel confident that if I do they will be there for us.

Claim for lost/stolen personal items acknowledged almost immediately and acted upon within a couple of days. Hassle free, very easy, very fast. Great experience.

Finding Zoom online really highlighted how many insurance companies are ripping us off. Zoom offered a similar 'unlimited' travel policy at a fraction of the cost of others. The phone service was great when I had an online problem. Fortunately it was an uneventful trip and I had no need to reach Claims! ☺ Zoom zoom ....

We recently travelled to Vietnam and took out travel insurance with Zoom. We needed to make a claim due to a delayed flight and I found the whole process to be very easy to do and the refund was processed within the time frame that they quoted. Would definitely use Zoom again.

I checked out a couple of different companies for travel insurance when I’m not a permanent resident of Australia yet, and this one was not only the most value for money by far - it also was the easiest process both with the initial phone conversation, follow up email and navigation of website. Service both before and after I purchased my insurance was excellent. Would definitely recommend!
