Inconsiderate of a difficult situation I was placed in when requesting to claim. Typical insurance willing to take but not to give.

Did not have to make a claim but saved my self over $100 with Zoom...easy process to take the insurance out and will go with them again.....

Great value and can be used by non-citizens (with specific visa types) travelling within and out of Australia. Having a medicare card is not required (some sort of private health insurance in the country is, however), which was great for me as this is often a requirement for most other insurance providers. Felt safe and covered travelling both times I've used Zoom and the process of applying is hassle-free.

I will definitely buy my travel insurance from Zoom and I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and coworkers.

Lost our cash in Europe. Zoom didn’t cover it all but with now excess, they had the money back to us in under a fortnight.

Luckily I didn't need to use, or claim against, my travel insurance while I was in Indonesia for three weeks. However the experience I had with Zoom was brilliant. Easy website and explanations, lots of information, and regular contact while I had my cover. Will definitely use them again on my next trip.

Offered a good range of cover at a very competitive price. Website easy to navigate. Compared it to other insurance options and this came out top for my needs at a price I didn't mind paying.

The consultants were kind and prompt. The medical consultant reassuring in a difficult situation. Most of all they dealt with the hospital in Vietnam doing everything to provide financial guarantees so my emergency condition could be dealt with as soon as possible.

Always use travel Insurance when travelling overseas and this time I used your Insurance and as rarely claim but see this as a safety net in case something does go wrong. Would use your insurance again if price is reasonable.
