We appreciated the emails to give us an option on extending our coverage, of we decided to extend our holiday. And the cost is so much cheaper than the competition.

The day before I travelled, I noticed my DOB was incorrectly entered on the policy.
I contacted ZOOM & a new Policy Document was emailed to me.

After our recent trip to Japan, we were stuck at the airport for 24hours due to a typhoon and missed our flight, our claim was processed quickly and we are very grateful for the assistance zoom provided.

We used Zoom Insurance for our trip to the USA in 2017 and again to Bali in 2019. Top value for money although we have never had to make a claim but I felt covered if we needed to.

I lost a camera on my recent trip that I had purchased Zoom Travel Insurance for. They were extremely helpful and understanding of my claim, everything was sorted out in just a few emails. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to comprehensive and supportive insurance whilst traveling.

Very good value. Cover for rental car excess was main aim for taking out travel insurance. Haven’t had to claim so no comment

I was lucky enough, not needing to lodge a claim this time. On my previous trip, I had to make a claim, and it could not have been any easier. I recommend Zoom Travel Insurance to all my friends. Not only are they competitively priced, in my experience they actually honour a claim. Can't ask for more than that.

Had to make a claim for a animal bite they got doctor to come to house twice very quickly and give me medical treatment. Highly professional staff and treatment from them 24/7 assistance was excellent.

Used Zoom Travel Insurance for a recent Africa trip and climb to Mt Kilimanjaro. Chose Zoom due to competitive pricing and adventure pack add on for cover for climbing up to 6000m. Luckily did not have to have to lodge a claim but did update the policy after purchase do to additional countries we were travelling to, which was done easily through their website

All I wanted was to claim the extra I paid to change my flight and come back home early as my sister passed away the day I arrived. I was informed that because she did not reside in Australia I could not make a claim. I could have saved myself the cost of the insurance.

I took out Zoom travel insurance on a recent trip to Bali and whilst I didn't need to make a claim, their cover was by far the most affordable and comprehensive. I will definitely use Zoom next time I travel
