The claims process was very easy to complete and the communication from the company was excellent. This is the first time I have used this company but will certainly use them again in the future. Is nice to know you can travel with knowledge that you are well looked after.

The process of making a claim was very efficient. Zoom responded quickly to all our queries. We are really grateful for the anxiety free process compared with another travel insurance company that failed us completely. We will definitely Zoom again. Thank you.

We took out a 1 year frequent traveler policy for 2020. International travel was banned from Australia in March 2020, 2 days ago I contacted ZOOM about this and ZOOM gave us a $498 credit, pro-rata for the unused portion of our policy, much better than we got from Princess Cruises, Thank you ZOOM

We were booked on the Ghan to travel from Darwin to Adelaide in November 2020. Train was unable to get to Darwin for us to board as the NT government closed its border from South Australia when COVID-19 raised it ugly head there. Train was refused entry into NT. Had to book additional flights to get back to Sydney. $730. Tried to claim but refused as policy doesn't cover expenses incurred due to a pandemic. The way I see it is we were able to still travel from NT into South Australia and from there to Sydney so it was the fact that the train never arrived for us to board was the actual cause. As a typical insurer Zoom has stuck to their policy wording and I'm out of pocket due to a useless insurance product. My advice, Read the PDS very carefully during these uncertain times or you may find yourself out of pocket just like me!

Travel plans upset due to death of my husband.
Zoom couldn't have made lodging a claim on line easier and the matter was resolved in a timely manner despite the pressure they are currently under.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Zoom again and would recommend it to anyone looking for competitively priced travel insurance.

Never done online anything before it was quick but I guess informal , it was a sentimental item that cannot be replaced and I still hold out it will be found and handed in to Police.
The process was easy to understand even for a computer illiterate like myself, I am satisfied.

Used twice. Because of coronavirus our trip has been cancelled. We have been given a credit voucher which covers us up to 2 1/2 years to complete next trip. A very good customer service experience. Thankyou Zoom!

We had a trip cancelled due to covid19 . So I Emailed Zoom to see if we could maybe put a hold on our policy. The customer service we received by Harriet was exceptional !! received a credit voucher without any issues for future use when travel overseas is back on. Would recommend this company. D & H

Zoom Insurance had the best deals when I was looking for travel insurance for my 2020 holiday. When my holiday was cancelled due to COVID-19, I contacted them and they quickly and politely explained the options I had. I will definitely use Zoom Insurance again.

My favourite insurance company by far, fast service great prices. Easy to fill out there paperwork easy to get into contact with them.

I use Zoom Travel Insurance for all of our business and family travel. Great policy value and great support. Annual policy with car rental excess coverage is a big winner. Thanks!
