Excellent value for money, website could use some work and information should be easier to see upfront for cruises without having to groom over the fine print in the pds. How ever the list of things automatically covered is unreal you’ll be quite surprised

After using Tick Travel 3 or 4 times, I have had to claim only once. My claim was dealt with quickly and courteously, and best of all, fairly.
I would recommend Tick Travel to anyone.

cheap cover that is just what I want without the extras I don't need easy to buy online & touchwood I have not had to claim so far but it is good to know you're covered

Making a claim was very confusing the the staff were extremely unhelpful. I had to email numerous times in which my emails were 'closed off' but I never received a response from your team for months. Richard Saludares eventually got my email and responded and did a terrific job in assisting me to process my claim. Please ensure gratitude is passed onto Richard. Thank you. :)

Jane became sick in China, she was seen by a qualified Doctor who was worried she may become seriously ill. She was treated quickly and effectively.
We were able to claim a proportion of our medical expenses from Tick. Claim was made online after scanning all relevant documentation.

Disgusting support for travellers. No understanding or empathy for serious claims. No support or advice. Would not recommend nor would I ever purchase travel insurance with them again.

Purchased a policy online for a cruise for 4 people. This then changed to 5 people with the cruise dates requiring amending, slightly. In order to make the adjustment I had to phone them. They had to cancel and complete a new policy. I then had to tell them every little doctor / hospital visit over the past 5 years, from an ear ache to cancer. Why did this have to be done now, it wasn't when I purchased the initial policy. I wanted the policy to ensure against natural disaster, I'm unsure the link between that and a tooth ache!!! It took 4 emails, the last being quite abrupt, before I got a response to my initial request.

on arrival home noticed damaged to suitcase wheels. Registered a claim for repairs. Claim refused.! If they don't pay out on $35 to $40 small claim- what would happen if I had needed to make a substantial claim? Tick Travel have a reputation for not paying claims.

Checked numerous Insurance companies for quotes.
Tick was by far the cheapest and best cover available. Even from our regular banking company who we have dealt with for many tears. Congratulations. We will surely Insure with you again and strongly recommend you to our many friends and realatives

The application process is easy to negotiate , and to add various pre existing conditions. Great for cruises in the Australia/South Pacific/Bali area. Much more expensive if going to the USA with a pre-existing condition, I went elsewhere for that quote

Unfortunately had to make a claim. Regular updates all the time. Very positive outcome. Happy to recommend tick Insurance.

I use Tick Insurance and have to fill out all of the information every time. Please organise a registration system that can be pulled through to save time, each time.
