I took out insurance and a few days later I had to cancel as I was not travelling. The cancellation experience was very friendly and payment was refunded within a couple of days

Easy to use website, great value for money, covers everything that is needed for an overseas trip. Excellent coverage.

There was no option to add further explanatory notes re the progress of my condition.(Prostate Cancer) There was NO opportunity to explain that the cancer has been entirely removed .

This is the second time I've used Tick this year - travelling with elderly mother with medical conditions - so easy to get the conditions assessed and around 1/2 the price of others (many wont cover her anyway)

So easy to access and buy insurance. Would recommend Tick Insurance to anyone.

Claim for luggage damage is only processed if the customer can provide evidence of luggage purchase and ownership. Claim for purchases for luggage delays, take a long time to approve even with valid dockets and once approved, money refund is promised but never delivered.

I found the online application simple to use and as I have used other companies for travel insurance in the past I consider Tick Insurance good money for value. I cannot comment further until I return from my trip overseas, hopefully I will not need to use their claim system

I had a minor claim for a fractured ankle, customer service was terrible throughout, repetitive forms, no empathy, very bad experience.

We only had a small amount to be refunded but it happened in a timely manner with no disruptions. Happy customer here :-)

I never like claiming from insurance because they try all they can to push the blame onto someone else. But this claim was a breeze. After supplying all the documentation, my claim was processed promptly and Joanna (who was handling my case) was very responsive.

Other Travel Insurance products out there are far and away better!
Claim was denied by the PDS which I read but not in absolute minute detail. Rang from OS put in claim rejected back in Australia! Not recommended!

Trying to make a claim is ridiculous. After 4 attempts and then getting a lawyer involved did it get approved and it took a month for this to happen. Their policy is to deny deny deny and that isn't okay or fair. Will never use them again.
