It would be good if you could have insurance for the whole year which covers all trips like other insurance companies

Fix it as soon as possible otherwise people may think you guys are another dodgy insurance online company. Also, a 24 hours hotline should be available for your policy holders

Am used to travel insurance being very expensive was surprised and delighted to find Tick. They had all the area's I need covered and it was very reasonably priced. Will certainly use them again for future trips. Have not used their claims area but from other reviews there does not appear to be an issue. Hopefully never needed.

No claims never claimed so I do not anything about tick insurance what more can I say so you will have to do with that

Great service and price

I made a mistake on the dates our travel dates is supposed to be. After my online transaction we notice the mistake and called straightaway but unfortunately after (3)attempts & up to this date no result. I don't understand why the people taking calls has to email our request to someone who seems like a ghost. No acknowledgement whatsoever that they receive such a request for a change. Will it take 4days or more to change a date?

Everything was explained and set out very clearly and easy to understand and follow. I would certainly recommend Tick for travel insurance.

Dealt with them in the past, and was very happy. Claims process was smooth, and customer service was great.

As a student I needed a cost effective yet comprehensive insurance, tick insurance did both those things for me!

Never had a problem getting insurance with Tick even though I am 71 and my husband is 76 may cost a bit more as my husband has a few health issues but they have never refused to insure us
