I was amazed and very thankful at how personal, caring and helpful everyone was.

My one daughter had stitches and my other daughter a small surgical procedure in hospital. They even phoned me from overseas to check how she was after the opperTion.

No trick questions, no delays, honestly only an easy to do claim form and proof. It was approved and money paid in.

It was the complete opposite of what you Normally hear.

I will never use any other travel insurer.
They were amazing.

Thank you so much for allowing me to concentrate on my kids when they needed me.

Had to claim for the loss of a mobile, very easy process with the ability to do online. Approved and paid out very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had to claim due to some medical expenses while travelling. The team were in touch every step of the way making sure I was ok and the claim process was super easy. I travel alot as I run Yoga retreats abroad and recommend Kango to everyone!

With having my brand new phone stolen in Rome, the document requests when my putting in a claim helped me get everything in place whilst wifi was available. Claim was processed in a timely manner allowing me to organise a replacement as soon as i got back from overseas

Ended up with far less than item value out of claims process.
Basically unless you have a recent receipt for the item you will be the minimum claim amount, regardless of market value.
Shop else where.

When I took out the policy - I was impressed by the price - but sceptical that a claim would result in good service. However my claim was handled efficiently and friendly - great customer service and resolved and paid out super fast. Highly Recommended

Had to claim medical expenses and it came as the biggest surprise that the claim was processed AND paid the same day! I couldn't believe it!!! Highly recommend this travel insurance. After very stressful process of my claim and radicals questions and request what I shuld do, my claim was accept and I recover lost money.1 off the shocking request by call centre agent was. First ask me to get refund from the jetstar when I spend 3 hr on the mob and finally get aproval and received CRShe ask me to call them again and reject the CR voucher.So she can pay.I dpnt understand why she put me to that stress when I have been under stress already with my daughter car crash which was the reason for claim.

Our airline cancelled at the last minute due to "mechanical reasons".

Pursued a claim to get put onto another aircraft flight to destination.

Told this excluded in policy (go read the extra small, hidden away fine print)!

Recently read that mechanical failure is the most likely cause of travel delay.

Kango should make this fact plain and obvious and offer a premium to have the attribute available for cover.

asked why on the l5 big red cover it states
Cover for Travel Services Provider Insolvency $10,000
but in the pds section 19 its not covered
in the end she was confused and said i would get a return phone call nothing so far,
what else is hidden in the pds

I found Kango was the cheapest cover for everything i needed. The website was easy to use and i called to double check everything - they were very helpful. I would recommend if you don't want to mess around and need something quick.

After a heap of research I finally found a policy that covers Snowmobiling with Kango. If only i'd stumbled upon them first! thanks
