Very happy and easy to deal with great communication and response feedback would always take this cover Kango cover recommend them to anyone

Unfortunately I had to claim on travel insurance for expenses and cancellations due to illness overseas. The process was easy, no questions asked and the claim was finalized within 3 working days.
Could not be happier, fourth time I've used Kango, first time I've claimed, very confident with my choice of insurer leading into future travel.

I had a very expensive item stolen in Germany. Kango covered it but only to a value that didn't allow me to get it replaced. Not very useful and not consistent with my expectations.

You covered it all on page 26 item number about #32 from memory you would not cover any claim with a person becoming ill and resulting in our holiday being cut short and having to return to Australia at our own costs. My mother was in excellent health when we left the country the only problem was she was over 85 and passed away before we returned home, thanks for covering nothing but it was all in your disclaimer so you are covered.I will be telling everyone that I know of your disclaimer in the future.So much for good old Aussie cover under written by Lloyd’s..... not worth the so called paper it is written on.

Cheap insurance without having to pay for all the extras. Excess fee was very acceptable if you required to claim.

I travel overseas at least once per year and it could be more. Out of all the insurance offers out there, Kango Cover has the best coverage for the costs it charges. It is simple to complete, provides exceptional value for money and provides peace of mind that you have decent cover for your trip requirements.

Prompt action within nominated time frames, 7 day/wk phone access to an English speaking customer service representative and receiving confirmation emails from Kango reassuring me mine had been received all helped ease the bitter disappointment of cancelling my long awaited African holiday due to an acute medical event.

Put in a claim for luggage damage. Had no receipt, so I was only covered for $100 ,fine but before they paid me $100 ,I had to pay them $100 excess, result $0 payment to me. Does this seem fair.

I didn't have any problems at all with Kango Cover. They were supplied with the documents that were requested and they acted on the cover promptly and with no questions.
I would recommend them to everyone, no question :)

Easy to contract, easy to claim, good service and good response. My insurance didn't cover all my expenses at hospital but made me fell safe during my travel

Quick action on my Claim one or two emails to clarify a few things and job was done gave the Quote and the Exchange Rate. Banked
