With all the different sections they can get away with not refunding or holding your policy if your cruise is cancelled. Other companies friends went with have put a hold for future on the policies they purchased but not this company. They also change policies without notification.

Submitted claim for damaged suitcases while on trip to USA. After 3 months of emails claim was rejected. Contacted Ombudsman. Them Insureandgo settled claim. They are happy to take your money but not happy to pay out on a legitimate claim.

I usually go with insure and go as do my travel companions. I have always had a smooth trip and never claimed until this time. It was very easy to claim and approved very quickly I will defìnately keep using Insure and Go

Applying for my travel insurance was very easy. The journey through the website was painless. I am yet to travel but I do hope that should I have any claim, it will be simple and straightforward.

Came across Insure & Go through Seniors NSW. I obtained a quote for cover for a 4 week trip to Vietnam in January/February 2020. The quote was more than competitive, the cover excellent. Just used again for a short trip to Fiji. Highly recommend.

I’ve used them many times and once needed to cancel a trip. They fully refunded with minimal issue. So I always recommend them.

True value for money less restriction at 72 I find this the best travel insurance I’ve ever had well below other travel insurers charges.

We always travel back to home and Always get cheaper price for the insurance with insureandgo, never made claim yet and hope not.

Use this company all the time. I have a pre existing condition and yet they still cover me with no worries.

I found InsureandGo by accident as I was going with Virgin or 1Cover, or even Fast Insurance. Even looked at Budget.
But InsureandGo was not only the cheaper of all but covered more and had less excess and the bonus was each pre-existing medical condition listed was excepted without additional fees.
With Virgin I was advised I'd have to ring.
So - very very happy with InsureandGo's online system and insurance options. I took the top one as I was already expecting to pay a lot higher with the others, so I got more for less at the end of the day :)

The site is simple to use with all the information and comparison between coverage levels available upfront. Added a medical condition and the premium was still reasonable and competitive. Emails of documentation was simple and quick and easy to read.

Frustrating to deal with at first and I wasn't getting the answers to my questions...which led me to getting angry and upset.
