I have just bought a policy for the second time. I have found the processes both for taking out a new policy and for making a claim to be efficient. InsureandGo were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Value for money policies where you choose your level of insurance, and include existing medical conditions, through an on-line application.

I went in a month ago andhalf completed application price for gold levelwas 426.83 seniors cruise it also showed 15% discount. I did not receive a claim number at the time.
The guy on the phone had a could not care less attitude and was not prepared to help in any was just said sorry bad luck we have had a price rise or maybe it was because i could have changed holiday dates. I said no i haven't nor have either of us had birthdays. He just said oh well its a price rise then. $100.43 price rise within 4 weeks is a rip off.
Bad customer service can do a lot of damage. Bad news
travels fast. I really don't expect anyone to take any notice but you asked for my opinion

Value for money excellent, but have trouble claiming, you must have receipts/paperwork for everything, and must read fineprint before purchasing

Have had quotes from other companies which were more expensive and did not cover nearly as much. The medical cover is very comprehensive. The customer relations is very good.

This company presents with good value for money but has a poor understanding of health issues.I have a condition called Chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It was found by chance and i had no idea that i had it and had no side effects.I am under no therapy and take no drugs but have blood tests every 6 months.The specialist says you may live out your entire life without effect .Yet i had to pay a further excess on my travel insurance. I cant see the extra risk.

You need to increase the cover period from 3 to 6 months for seniors who are 65 and over. Cover more does it This is the time for seniors to go and spend time with their family who are overseas

All has been good so far but I have never had to make a claim. I hope all remains the same if i ever have to make one

I have a pre existing condition, which other insurers will not cover. Insure and go take a thorough history over the phone every time,noting any changes. They quickly check, and come back with a quote. They make sure you know what is covered, and offer any extra cover that may be required. We have made claims, which were easy to do. Just make sure you have the supporting paperwork. Claim accepted, and in the bank within a very short time. Top quality product, very competitive prices.

I know when I purchase insurance here I'm covered for all cruise evacuations and for any other unforseen things that may occur ,peace of mind!!!

Avoid. Something has gone seriously wrong with insureandgo. Had been using them for several years with limited need to claim. This year just gone I lost my ipad on a flight and it took 6 months plus involvement with the ombudsman to resolve.
