Unfortunately had to make 2 claims upon return from our holiday. Made a phone call initially and then everything was handled via email. Had our money paid to us with in 2 weeks (I had forgotten to include some documentation). Easy process.. and responded quickly to any questions I had.
Great value for money too.. Have a 2 yr old with a heart condition that wasn't covered by other companies and didn't cost a lot more to cover her through insure and go.

Easy to organize online. Better coverage for pre-existing medical conditions would be nice, but same as other insurers. Easy and positive claims experience on water damaged camera.

I am at an age where travel insurance is very necessary but the form filling becomes a mountain to climb. Thank you for settling my claim on the initial application.

When I claimed my case worker never contacted me unless I called her. It was frustrating and disappointing I'm unsure I will go with your insurance again due to this terrible experience

I have just bought and insurance policy for a holiday later this month. InsureandGo are definitely competitive and I feel confident as I have used this company before. Last year I was travelling in Italy and my SLR camera was damaged. I immediately sent an email which Insureango responded to immediately. On my return to Australia there were no dramas at all in claiming for my camera. I have peace of mind that I am well and truly covered if something happens - but hopefully I will just have a blissful time!!

Insureandgo's Claims process was so slow and they were so difficult to deal with , that I had to get the Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO) to investigate and expedite my claim as InsureandGo were taking months to settle.
