I find Insure and Go easy to deal with and very competitive in their premiums. The staff I have dealt with have been courteous, helpful and friendly. I and my wife are both fit and healthy. I am therefore, particularly pleased that as an older traveller I am not being penalised merely due to age.

I have priced a number of other policies but always come back to insureand go as the process is so easy and comparable to other policies but only half the cost.

i hope never to have to make a claim but if i do i can see no problem going by the attitude i received when i purchased

I had a small claim last year and it was dealt with very quickly and insureandgo were very helpful.

I found the initial purchase confusing where it asks for region going to. We are going to Asia. So I entered that. It was not till I read the pdf that I found the countries in Asia I was going to were not covered I had to cancel policy and get a second. I could not get a refund prior to purchasing the new policy therefore for a short time was out of pocket $1200.
With a notifiable medical condition I found this policy slightly easier to work through

With complications associated with losing our baggage in a bus in Vanuatu including obtaining a Police Report and receipt. InsureandGo could not have been fairer with our plight and the staff were very helpful!!

We missed a port which was disappointing however we were covered and rebated promptly on our return. One of our party became ill and was confined to cabin and received prompt insurance rebate on her return
