I was taken to hospital by ambulance with a broken ankle after slipping on a ramp on my last day. After the 1st few hours waiting for insurance approval everything went ahead smoothly. 4 nights in hospital, one back at the hotel then business class flights home escorted at each airport all with no excess. Insure and Go has great coverage for Cruising. Their prices are excellent. So far we haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on that experience.

Very unhappy with service on recent claim after being pickpocketed overseas. They would not even pay for the purse that held the money stolen.

As long as you keep all your paperwork e.g. receipts etc They are good to deal with. Prompt with their replies and patient with older travellers

Wanted to make a claim, has some questions about our claim and every time we replied to their email, no response.

My suitcase got broken on the way home. At 1am in the morning it didn't occur to us to complain to the airline. Insure and go have used every possible excuse not to pay our claim, despite us proving purchase, sending photos of the damage. Their latest wheeze is to ask us to send the suitcase to them. Yeah right! It would cost us more than the claim and they know that.

Had to cancel holiday and the forms etc to claim were easy to follow and the service was wonderful; shall always use them after this experience...
