AA cancelled our flight without notice, we missed a connecting flight across USA, we paid for re-ticketing and extra accommodation.

I spent a week to find a travel insurance company before my trip, I called their costumer Centre and asked all my questions before applying! What I was told on the phone was different to what I was got when I did my claim after my travel!
I’ve been had the worse experience ever!! Not recommonded to anyone Andy I will tell people to not use them at all!

I'm satisfied with the cover, though the cost is high, This is ridiculous requiring 20 words before I can submit this. I was tempted to forget completing this survey.

i had to change my policy as I put in wrong details , the woman on the phone was brilliant! Did everything for me easily and happily, I had to cancel policy and do new one and the money was refunded within 12 hours! awesome insure and go!!!

Site kept freezing when trying to put in medical info, which was extremely annoying. The next day l phoned , and the customer service officer was great.

Third international travel Policy with InsureandGo. The courteous and efficient staff member made obtaining a Policy with a previously approved controlled pre existing medical condition very easy - as they had retained medical details for previous Policies.

We know of four Insurance Companies who will not accept cover for controlled pre-existing Atrial Fibrillation.

Last trip on P&O they damaged our new luggage beyond repair. My daughter gave us this luggage as a gift & she did not have the receipts. P & O gave us letters to confirm damage & a damage report which was attached to claim, but because I did not have proof of purchase the claim stalled. I had used Insure & go on numerous holidays & never had to make a claim. Now I'm not sure I'll use them again.

Took a travel insurance on my recent 33 days family trip to Europe.
Needed to make a claim because of a small scratch on a rented car.
Claim denied sighting exclusion on "page 34" saying that car could be covered for maximum of 14 days.
Charged full 33 days insurance.
Unaware I was driving rented car uninsured for another three weeks.

Everytime I travel, I collect quotes from at least 5 travel insurance companies but I always return to Insure and Go because they are more than competitively priced and there website is quick and easy to use. The only problem I have ever had is trying to insure someone over 82 years f age. Otherwise, I have always had an excellent experience.

One big switch advises 20% discount on cruises.i was offered 15% maximum.i accepted but not happy.would not reccomend on that basis.
