kept me up to date at where my claim was. Dont think I should have been penalised for another excess on the robbery in Buenos Aires. Overall happy with the time the claim took to be verified and passed for payment. Thank you

I purchased travel insurance online and i had mistakenly put the return date as 2 days early. I called, thinking they could just amend the return date and I could pay the difference. I was told by the consultant that they would have to cancel the policy and I would have to re-purchase the policy as I had put in the incorrect date. I then asked if I could purchase 2 days' insurance to make up the shortfall. I was told that the minimum was 3 days. Frustrated, i told her to cancel the policy. I was told to expect a full refund in 5 business days. Needless to say, I will be buying my insurance elsewhere.

I have taken out cruise insurance with Insure and Go the last few times I have travelled. On my last trip I had a claim for a lost item. I did ensure I had reports and reported the item as lost. When I returned home, I submitted my claim and was very impressed with Insure and Go. The claim was paid in a timely manner and I would definitely use them again as are my friends now.

Have been insuring with you for sometime now on recommendation originally by Canstar. Do all our travel insurance with you as your help desk and staff are fabulous, clear and concise with their diction and attitude to seniors. Nothing has been too much trouble for the people who have helped me decide which policy I need. Have not had to claim and hope never to need to. But am sure your service will be the same.

Easy access with reasonable pricing. A much needed Insurance site for cruising particularly when in Australia waters. Other companies do not cover this.

Easy to organise online even though I have type II diabetes and arthritis - both controlled under a doctors care. InsureandGo included them with no problem. Will use them again.

Competitive price for travel insurance. Fast and hassle free when making a claim. Great communicators with constant updates on claims. Highly recommend!

Value for money insurance. We had a group of 6 cruising. Best value insurance I could find on the net. Had to make a claim when returning to Sydney- simple online process and refund within the week. Will definitely be using insureandgo next holidays!

My wife and I are in our seventies and I have several pre-existing medical problems. Excellent coverage was available without fuss, albeit for extra fees, but this was completely acceptable.

The claim went through without any problems. The Claims officer was very polite when we spoke over the phone and any email sent to me was very informative and simple to read. The claim was paid without any problems and to my satisfaction.

The consultant I dealt with was great, but I didn't receive my claim payment until weeks after I was told it would be paid. Too slow and very frustrating
