I have bought InsureandGo travel insurance three times now. I find it very easy to purchase on-line, there seem to be few hassles with age or previous medical history, as long as you are honest in your replies, and the rates are more than favourable with other insurers. I saved more than 30% compared with the next priced Insurer.

Easy to use and thats what i liked. Not very good with technology so this was very straight forward. Lets hope it doesn't let me down.

When taking out the policy originally, we asked questions about the coverage of an annual policy and received clear responses. When we had to make a claim due to illness, phone responses were very clear and processing of our claim was thorough and timely. Great service

In February 2018 I went to Cambodia with my daughter and she was included on my insurance policy. She was booked to fly out of Nagoya, Japan on February 9 but ANA cancelled the flight. She was rerouted through Bangkok and had to buy a new ticket. She claimed the difference in the cost of the two tickets but was refused.

Very good to deal with I was able to cancel one policy and take out a cheaper one with them no trouble at all.

Haven't traveled yet. All companies are good until you put in a claim. Hopefully if I have to (hopefully won't) that everything will be acted on promptly.

My wife had a kidney transplant 10 years ago and this is the only company we could find that would cover us.

We recently went on a cruise holiday, the insurance was easy to buy (except I couldn't work out how to add days in Singapore before and after our cruise). I got quite sick on the cruise and had to visit the Medical Centre several times, quite an expensive exercise. When I got back I submitted my claim and was paid within a week. Easy as!
