The consultant was very helpful with information. This is the 2nd time I have used this company, will use again in future.

Website is very easy to follow through. I have declared medical conditions for inclusion and it was easy to answer all the questions to obtain the quote. I took out the policy as a senior citizen and hope it is reliable. Not sure about the premium cost. Seems to be some what in the range.

Overall experience was excellent, I think there is some room for improvement in medical related questions

Having just turned 70, I was dismayed to find that many travel insurance companies will not issue annual policies for seniors. And those policies available to over-70s are often extremely expensive. I have switched to InsureandGo because their rates are very good and they do not assume that we all suddenly become decrepit at 70!

The only travel insurance that I could find that would insure someone with Cystic Fibrosis and a lung transplant. A very easy process indeed.

My wife lost her phone when someone accidentally bumped into her whilst taking a photo. She was denied payment, the reason being she did not have a police report. Her reason was the police did not want to do a report as it was not theft only an accident causing it to fall into the water

Its nice to deal with this travel insurance company. The one year multi-trip policy is great value for frequent travellers.

I have just signed up with Insure & Go. I hate organising travel insurance when travelling, trying to work out what you're actually covered for and what's in the fine print. What I like is the option to take out the natural disaster extension which most other companies don't offer. Also the double excess to reduce the premium. Who wants to spend $80 in time and effort to get a $100 payout. Need Insurance for the low risk but big bucks events!

What a piece of cake! Purchasing travel insurance was simple and transparent. Insure and go even provided a discount code on their website which I find was brave!

I checked many travel Insurance companies but each time Insure and Go was superior. I guess the real proof is if a claim has to be made, this often can be to the detriment of the company. Just hope I don't need to claim.
