Easy to use website made completing the application quick and painless. Loved how I could have pre-existing conditions assessed as well. Made a claim for a trip we made in January to New Zealand and the process was quick and problem free.
Just came back from a cruise in July and thankfully we didn't need to claim.

The rate quoted was competitive and fairly easy to organise. I was able to include medical history easily without having to make a call or follow up at a later time.

I bought this travel insurance thinking I would be covered for the period of my travel.... ahhhh no. It only lasts for 70days and can be extended by 20 days which still is short by a few weeks. Asked how much it would be if I extended the insurance.... thinking past the 90 days. An extra $350+ but will only cover me for the 90 days. It ended up being more expensive than others on the market. Buyers be ware.

You lead the market in travel insurance, haven't had a claim thankfully but am sure if we do you'll be more than accommodating.

My wife & I cruise regularly and always use Insure & Go.. they are terrific in price & service.. we will continue using them on our trips

I have looked at travel insurance...what it covers and what it doesn't. I found Insureandgo to be good value for money.

I needed to claim for a cancelled trip due to a sudden health issue. My claim was accepted. My only complaint was that I was required to contact all the companies I had booked with to ask for refunds before submitting my claim. Under the circumstances, with a stressful health issue to deal with, this created unnecessary stress for me and my husband and I felt it could have been managed better.

You waste money and at the end you are not covered because they always found a way to avoidPay
