I was searching for an insurance that would also cover me for my cruise and visiting several countries. I was worried as to whether I should also include countries in which I would only be in transit and emailed various companies to clarify this. Not a single one replied which is when I discovered Insure and Go which actually covers you worldwide with a few exclusions, none of which applied to me. The medical screening was easy and to the point as was the purchase of my policy. I shall now continue to use them.

Unable to provide and prospective advice on our potential holiday refund situation regarding a recent trip to Bali / Lombok despite the recent earthquakes. “Please complete the paperwork and the team will respond within 2 weeks” which was completely unhelpful and not allowing us to rebook a different holiday

Fortunately I’ve not needed to make a claim but the actual process of purchasing travel insurance online is very easy. Both my husband and I have existing illnesses that are listed and even so, the insurance is very reasonable indeed even with our loading added. I’d highly recommend them.

Just remembered to take out travel insurance at the last minute and so fell back on Insure&Go because I’d used them before and found them both quick and easy to deal with when purchasing a policy.

We are travelling to Uganda and Dubai and after Ugandan Visa approval and vaccinations the travel insurance was next priority.
The online policy was very competitive and we saved $300 vs some competitors with more inclusions on the Gold policy. The online health check was streamlined so easy with the click options and covered all medical issues that you might have. I paid an extra premium for several pre existing health issues but it’s peace of mind that your covered and if your honest about it these guys will have your back. Some would think nah I’ll bypass the health option area to keep the premium low. If you qualify for health options I implore you to go through the simple online checklist and see how you go, you may not be eligible for an extra premium.
I spent hours trawling through travel policies and it came down to 2 via Canstar 5/5 Star ratings These guys were my choice. Hope we don’t have to utilise but if you do there’s 24/7 global assistance and a straightforward online claims system at the ready.
