We always use InsureandGo.
Being retired, we travel a lot & having the right travel insurance gives us peace of mind should anything unfortunate happen to us.
We have purchased the insurance both online and through helpful consultants. It is highly rated by Choice and we always recommend InsureandGo to our friends.

We read the PDF regarding insurance when travelling on a moped and scooter, it states must have motorcycle license. In our state a car license is required to ride a moped or scooter. We had to ring for clarification to make sure we were covered, even the cso who took my call had to seek clarification. It would be easier uf the wording was relevant to your state of residence

Insureandgo has everything we need including varying levels of cover depending on what we are doing. The website is user friendly & the price is right. We will continue to insure with them into the future. Al.

We travel frequently and are always looking for the best options for competitive prices. We selected Insure and Go on a recent visit to USA and Canada and had an unfortunate hire vehicle accident for which we submitted a claim on our return. The claim was settled in full within a most acceptable time frame without any problems...hence our selecting Insure and Go for our forthcoming visit to Japan. Hopefully we will not need to make a further claim but our previous experience gives us great confidence that Insure and Go will meet our requirements if we do need to.

Price was competitive when purchasing travel insurance, but when it came to making a claim - everything went from bad to worse. Insure and go never instigated contact, every time, we had to call them, and it took over 2 months to settle the claim. Within days of threatening to contact the Ombudsman, we were paid out. Would not use again.

This is the second time I have purchased a policy and both times have found premiums to be best value for cover offered. Easy to understand and purchase process very simple.

We have used InsureandGo for the last 3 or 4 years and find them helpful when we needed them.

It’s good when we get a special discount otherwise it can be pretty expensive for us.

I travel reasonably frequently I use Insure and go if I am travelling overseas also in Australia if I am hiring a car to cover the Liability costs. Haven't had a claim so can't comment on that part of their service.

I've Always used Insure and go, web sites easy to use, price is excellent. I've never made a claim, If I do I hope that's just easy as the web site and as good as the price.
