As a regular over seas traveller, I have found Fast Cover Insurance suits all my requirements and any queries I may have, they are prompt to reply.

No customer service. Terms and Conditions are antiquated Waste of money. I am a frequent traveler and would never recommend

I broke my phone screen while on holiday but luckily i took out fast travel insurance before i left as i had a gut feeling something was going to happen. I made a claim after my phone screen was damaged, they quickly responded. Everything went through fine all within a week. Not even a week but it was fast.

Easy to use website, great value and great benefits and inclusions and love the fact that we can action sports.

My elderly mum broke her arm in Bali in 2013 and Fast Travel were fantastic in looking after her. Ambulance, surgery, hospital stay and finally business class to return home with both my sister and I accompanying her. Couldn't ask for any better service. All for $200 excess. Easy to contact from overseas and follow up was the icing on the cake. I don't use any other travel insurance now.

We went overseas in December 2016 and had two medical expenses, one in New York for a physio ($350) for a bad neck and one ice-scating accident which needed medical treatment in Austria (Euro 790). I've submitted the claim via the easy to use website, attached all statements and a short explanation of the accident. The claim was settled within 2 weeks with no questions asked. That's what I call a great customer experience! I will stick with FastCover for all my travle insurance needs in the future.

Fast Cover Travel Insurance has excellent customer service staff, and policies that cover various areas.
I was finding it very difficult getting good motorbike and martial art cover in Asia, and I tried nearly everyone.
When I got to Fast Cover the lady helping me (Sally) made all the enquiries checking out the fine print, and help me make sure I was covered for everything I need.
I was running out of Insurance companies, and Fast Cover came through for me :)
A good value policy, super easy to complete, and friendly helpful staff, what more could you want!

I've used FastCover many times and have had no problems at all. To date have never had to make a claim so am unable to rate claims experience.

Others messed around with add-ons and sites that you couldn't go back and alter info, no this simple with the hassels.
