I just want to say a big thank you to Covermore for the speedy claim approval of my wife's medical expenses when we was ill in San Fransisco, USA earlier this year. Thankfully, we had Covermore to cover for the US$550 medical bill and very expensive medicines. The treatment of my situation has restored my faith in travel insurance companies in particular Covermore. I will be using Covermore again when I travel. Once again, thank you Covermore.

I became very ill with suspected dengue fever whilst travelling in bali. I was in the hospital for days and was so relieved after speaking to the claims department people of covermore. She explained the process and paper work required for the claims and made my trip all the much better. I will always purchase a covermore policy when I travel.

This experience validated our decision to always purchase travel insurance for our travels. The peace of mind makes the trip all the more enjoyable. I have purchased covermore for my last 4 overseas trips and I feel completely confident and safe that they will be able to respond to any issue or situation promptly. Friendly, quick and efficient. Hubby dropped the camera and broke it. Had to buy a new camera. Made a claim when we got home and got reimbursed for the broken camera. Very satisfied with their level of service.

Buying travel insurance online was quick and easy. Both my husband and I have existing medical conditions and we thought that we would not be covered. We are in our mid 50s. We were relieved to find Covermore and they covered all our medical conditions. We can now travel without worries.

While cruising with my wife on the pacific ocean, I managed to get sea sick and required medical attention. The doctor and staff on board were very helpful but the medical fees were expensive. I made a claim. My friend who were also with us said they were covered with their credit card but when they made a claim, they had to fork out $200 for excess! We were so thankful to have covermore.

While travelling to China recently, my luggage was stolen/lost. The customer service made a very bad day seemed all the more bearable. They called me back so I did not have to pay for the phone bill and gave me detailed instructions on what to do and documentations required. So much more helpful compared to the non-existant service from the airlines.

Quick and easy to apply for travel insurance online. Questions were answered with pop ups and there is a number to call to speak to a customer service representative.

I found it difficult communicating with Covermore since having admited to a hospital in Seattle. I called them up to check if I had to pay first or if they would settle the payment with the hospital directly. They instructed me to have it billed to my address and make the claim then. When I got home to make the claim, they said I should have sent it directly to Covermore. Since then, I have been getting bills sent from the hospital to me and I had to tell them to send them to Covermore. 5 months on, Covermore still has not accepted the claim, but says that they are negotiating settlement via a third party in the US. I am appalled by their tardiness and would not purchase from them ever agai

These guys are bad. We bought the insurance knowing that my wife was pregnant. Just before the start of our travels, we had some unexpected complications and the doctors insisted that we do not travel. These guys were difficult to deal with. The experience with their claims officer was frustrating. After 1 year of frustration, we spent more time and money chasing than the refund we received. I will definitely not recommend them.
