Have just organised our 6th Covermore policy for a trip in 2013. Only had one claim and it was handle to our complete satisfaction. The latest method of organising is easy.

Covermore travel insurance could not have given me worse service. I mistakenly dated my period of travel as 35 instead of 44 days. when I tried to change the dates by which stage I was already away; cover-more gave me no option but to try to charge me the same amount id paid for 35 days for another 9! there was no bargaining with them to be had. I suppose they thought I would pay that ridiculous amount because I was already away. I found another travel insurance company which covered the remaining 9 days for $50.

I travel frequently and always use covermore. I found their level of service and standard of customer service to be consistent and efficient. Would recommend covermore to anyone looking for travel insurance.

Very competitive prices. Claimed for lost baggage with in Thailand. Didn't have receipts for most of the items but was relieved that the claims was approved as I provided pictures of the lost items. However, the excess for the claims was a bit expensive.

We purchased Covermore insurance on the advice of a friend and travel agent for our cruise trip. Our concern was unforseen accident and medical costs. Not so much on theft or loss of possessions. Covermore service was excellent. Our call was answered by a very friendly and helpful consultant at Covermore, and answered all our questions regarding the insurance. No problems at all!

I have now travelled twice with a Cover-more policy. And unfortunately on both ocassions I had to make claims, but the service and response have been excellent. My first claim was for losing my prescription glasses. Covermore refunded the full amount less a small amount for depreciation. My second claim was medical related, I injured myself on the cruise and had to pay first, but the full amount was refunded after I made the claim. I will defenitely use Cover-more again.

Whenever I go travelling, I will go with covermore. I did not usually purchase travel insurance before, but after my friend told me of the dangers of travelling without one, I purchased one with covermore. And 'unlucky' enough, I injured myself in france while backpacking in europe. I simply went online and the claims process was easy. Did everything online and it was hassle free. The claim was approved and paid within a couple of weeks. I advice anybody to travel to get travel insurance and more importantly, get covermore.

During my 2 weeks in Bali, my daughter got sick. She had Bali Belly on and off since the end of the 1st week and started to get worst. After a visit to the hospital in Kuta, the got some medication and felt better. When we got back to Australia, filled out the claims from and within days I got a confirmation that covermore had received my claim. They kept me updated throughout the claims process and I was really glad when they notified me that they have deposited the medical costs into my bank account. The process was simple and easy. No hassles.

I use covermore everytime I travel overseas. What I like about covermore is that they provide cover for pre-existing conditions with minimal fuss. Communication is excellent. I had to make a claim once when I was in Malaysia. The full cost was reimbursed without any hassle. I was kept up to date on the claims process and received a cheque in the mail within 2 weeks. I never had a single issue with covermore.

Outstanding from purchasing the policy throught to receiving the claim. All my seemingly silly questions were answered with detail and respect. Initially, I thought that the claims were not worth the hassle because of the perceived difficulties as with most claims. However, I found that the claims process at covermore to be easy and uncomplicated. I can't thank covermore enough. The claims were easy and fast. The customer service was helpful all the way. Fantastic. I will recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a travel insurance policy.

Tore all 3 hamstring tendons off my hip bone while watersporting in Thailand. My friend called covermore from Thailand and spoke to the emergency helpline straight away. The customer service assistant was detailed and reassuring, told my friend what to do what what documentations were required for my situation. After the surgery in Australia, I made the medical claims online with copies of the reciepts from Thailand. The online forms were simple and my claim was approved within 5 days and money deposited into my bank account shortly. Highly recommended and I will use them again for my travels.

My husband was admitted to the hospital with an emergency in Thailand. It was a challenging situation. The doctors on night shift did not speak fluent English. It was confusing and frustrating. I was able to call Covermore and they talked me through everything. They even followed up and called me to ask if everything was okay later on.
