I’ve been waiting MONTHS and MONTHS on end for anything. They have specifically designed it this way so you give up. Absolutely disgusting scam of a company.

This doesn’t even deserve one star, pathetic excuse of a company. If you would prefer to throw your hard earned money down the drain go for it when purchasing this fraud of an “insurance”. The irony is they call themselves “cover more” when in fact they don’t cover SHIT! They don’t get back to you when sending emails, when on the phone they find any way possible not to cover you for things that you were told they would cover, they are SCAMMERS!! They do not provide any assistance but they’ll happily tell you lies when purchasing from them. I paid a premium for top coverage and they did absolutely NOTHING!!!!! Extremely expensive policy that didn’t do anything for me and was a waste of money. I will be sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER EVER buy from this mob owned insurance company!!!!!

The worst decision I ever made in my life was to buy "travel insurance" from this corrupt, incompetent, negligent, joke of a company. They did nothing to assist me with my claim and they ended up denying my claim even though I was covered. They should change their name to "COVER NOTHING". I would avoid EVER getting travel insurance with this FRAUD COMPANY!!!

From my experience they were very professional. I submitted all the required documentation as requested and was contacted within 6 business days to discuss the claim. It was finalised and payment made into our account the following day. I found their assessment as to the values to be very fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My flight was cancelled due to engineering issues and, consequently, I missed all of my internal flights in the US and had to purchase them again. It cost over $1000 and Cover-More refused to rerimburse me! Shocking service!!

It has now been 2 months since I submitted a claim and still awaiting approval. Impossible to make contact so you email and just wait & hope.

Don't even bother to get a covermore travel insurance. Better invest in a different travel insurance. They don't support you overseas during a time of need and only ask to complete paperwork instead of paying for hospital costs etc. Also they make you wait for their claim approval by contacting your doctors even if you have an accident without prior medical needs. YOU WON'T GET HELP AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY UPFRONT REGARDLESS OF YOUR INJURY.
Once you are back to Australia they make excuses over excuse to cover your claim. Disgusting company! DON'T USE Covermore!!!!

Just not worth the hassle, impossible to talk to anyone about a claim, on hold for an hour and then line simply goes dead. They don’t respond to emails, just make everything as awkward as possible in hope you’ll lose interest. Complete rip off, my claim appears to be just not progressing,

I tried for 2 weeks ringing this Insurance Co, 7 times, waiting in excess than 2 hours each time for a representative to answer. One of these times I actually got down to be 5 on the waiting list and was cut off.
Then today I was determines to walk around with the phone in my hand. Outrageously it took 7.5hrs to finally speak to someone. There were not concerned about the length of time and the inconvenience that it caused.
I even sent them a message through their website, which I never received a reply either.
All I wanted to do was to change me travel date, which there is no login on website to do this.
But I was so frustrated at the end that I ask for a cancellation and refund fund of policy, so I could go to another travel insurance co, that would give me better customer service.
Then the representative told me that the Supervisor wanted to speak to me, so I was put on hold for another 40 minutes and the hung up on.
NO I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE IN ALL ASPECTS NOW.

Worst experience ever! I knew that insurance companies are all scammers and dodgy but Cover-More are the worst!! Lost my $1,200 watch lost, they've reimbursed me only $61!!! tried to call and been on the phone waiting to speak to someone for over 2 hours!!!
