Great company never had a proble easy to deal with had 2 claims and was very happy with the service

1 Cover provides an excellent user-friendly website with easy to understand quotes and policy wording. Pricing is realistic and it's super fast to take out a policy online. Plus I like the confirmation email with all my policy details and I Cover's contact numbers listed clearly should I have an emergency and need them.

We found 1Cover easy to deal with and responsive. The claim process was easy to manage and the coverage we achieved matched or exceeded our expectations. 1Cover staff showed flexibility in their interactions with us and we achieved a favourable result in a short timeframe.

Since 1 Cover were so supportive on a trip we had to USA 2 years ago we have used them several times for overseas trips-thankfully incident free. However, we know that if need be they will be there to help and assist us.

I like it that you remind me at the end of the holiday about maybe the need to extend and check covered until the actual arrival home.

The process to sign up was easy, and easy to include pre exisiting condition. I have used several times, however never claimed and I guess that is the proof......

I submitted a claim on a Monday afternoon. The response from 1Cover arrived the following morning. I have never received such a prompt (and positive) response from an insurer in my life.
