I am delighted with the service I have received both for overseas travel and domestic. The Customer Service is great nothing seems to be a trouble, very helpful would not consider using anyone else.

I have had many policies with 1Cover and would give a rating of 10/10. This assessment also includes colleagues who I have recommended 1Cover to and in 4 separate cases have had to make a claim which in all cases was handled professionally with ease.

Quick, easy and cheap insurance. I always get comprehensive which covers everything I need if I ever need to make a claim. So simple and quick to book, and I always use 1 Cover for my travel insurance. I'm lucky as I haven't yet had to make any travel claims yet, but I'm sure if I did, the process would be quick, easy and fast just like purchasing the insurance!

No claim made thankfully, but felt confident having the travel insurance, particularly in relation to the hire vehicle excess.

Arrived home safely with no need to claim on our insurance policy this time we are so glad. Last holiday it was a different story though having to get the doctor in because of the Dengue Fever we were more than happy with the service when we phone to make a claim for out of pocked expenses which were all sorted out very promptly. It seemed good value after comparing with other companies and was simple to purchase. Did not need to claim, so cannot compare this side of the insurance.

Had no problems this trip. The cover provided peace of mind and was easy to arrange. The reason for peace of mind was that on a previous trip we had occasion to make a claim. This process was straight forward and painless. Will be using one cover on my future trips
