1Cover experience is so seamless and harmonious, it would make Einstein’s cheek blushing knowing his relativity theory has been applied first by this travel insurance company when time and space stretches to expand my holiday experience.

Very very very nice and good and friendly. Also they had a good one too. So that is good. I think. At least. Maybe not. Everyone has a shot I guess.

I received exceptional customer service each time I made an inquiry. The staff were professional, reassuring and transparent. My claim was quick and straightforward, with an outcome in less than a week! 1Cover is my "go-to" from now on.

Have used them a few times and on practically all occasions I had to submit a claim for medical expenses or delayed luggage and it was a smooth and quick process. I highly recommend them for peace of mind.

Cannot fault 1Cover, after having some items stolen from my luggage whilst on holidays, just a phonecall and my claim was dealt with hassle free, easy and not stressful at all! I wouldn't take my insurance out anywhere else now after dealing with 1Cover!

Last year I went to South America and got my travel insurance with 1Cover who were great. I had compared prices online beforehand and they seemed to have not only the best cover for what I wanted but suited to my budget too. I liked the print out I got with all the info needed in an emergency and the support from their staff when I needed it.

I bought the travel insurance and had an incident during my travel. I claim it on my Travel Insurance and I was treated like I am a victim and Allianz provide really a sheer example of poor customer service and providing different answers from different representatives.

Used 1 cover for my trip to europe last year, was reasonably priced and provided pretty good cover for anything that could go wrong. Will use them again for future trips.

Being 90 years of age most insurances don't want to know you. But with 1Cover there was no problem and people were very helpful with my application. Of course there are restrictions and limitations, up to the individual to decide.
My claim was promptly attended to.

After getting travel insurance every time I go overseas this was the first time I've ever had to make a claim. Everything was perfect, very easy to make a claim and it was dealt with really fast. I was very happy with the service. I will be using 1Cover again for my next trip!!!!

I had bought 1Cover for my travel insurance, When I travel to Canada and New Zealand, luckily I did not have to claim anything but it was peace of mind.

Recently I was involved with a serious medical claim originating in Whistler, Canada, which was going pear shaped very very quickly. Claims team at Allianz can only be described as disgraceful and possibly bordering on negligent, making an extremely traumatic experience even worse. However, once Mel from 1 Cover intervened the whole situation turned around within a matter of hours; as a consequence Allianz reconsidered their treatment of the injured party and met their obligations. I cannot sing Mel's praises high enough and hope her employers know what an amazing employee they have in her! Thank you Mel for your understanding, empathy, professionalism, graciousness and courtesy! Kerryn
