I bought their already overseas cover as I forgot to pay my tickets using my credit card to get my usual complimentary travel insurance. Glad I bought it as something happened to us and we needed to claim. The claim experience was very prompt and straight forward. I would not hesitate to use 1Cover again for my next travel.

You may think you wouldn't need to make a claim, but when you do, all the what if's?? come to mind. You needn't worry with 1Cover!! The claims process was simple, hassle free and easy. Never need to pay the high cost of Rental Car Excess again, just take out 1Cover Travel Insurance and if the need arises, your premium will cover the cost of repairs to the rental vehicle. We were not out of pocket one cent. You also have the bonus of luggage cover and in some cases flight cancellations or reschedules are covered too.

The claim was successful. The staff was pretty efficient and helpful. The money came in the specified time and the amount was pretty fair.

The claim required several documents to substantiate the claim. The claim was handled professionally and very satisfied with the whole process. Well done

I had an accident in Sth Korea which put my leg in plaster from ankle to top of thigh. 1 Cover covered all costs with no hesitation. I had cover with Woolworhs once, paid extras to cover jewellery had a gold chain stolen and they didn't want to know us. Will never again not go with 1 cover!!

While value was excellent and money on a claim was paid back accordingly, there were issues with communication and pace

I had to call from the UK and explain the situation. The help I received was first class and the outcome was extremely positive. When I arrived back and rang to claim the money, once again I received first class service and the whole process till payment was effortless.
