Although I've never needed to claim, after a bad experience with one of the bigger name Insurance, I will be using 1Cover again and again. They charge reasonably and keep in contact should you need them. 10 out of 10

had no problems selecting and buying travel insurance online. 2nd time have used 1cover. have been kept up to date. luckily have not had to claim

This is the third time I have taken out insurance with you without having to make a claim,yet because of my age you charge me a lot. I suppose it is Peace of mind, but after the forgoing of the first $500 and the limit of $40,000 one wonders whether it is worth it.

the staff at 1 cover were amazing after my husbands accident when he broke a leg while in Bali. nothing too much trouble, their support meant so much, when you have never been in the situation before there expertise was a comfort

I had no trouble getting cover and I didn't have to make a claim but felt confident in the product.

Although we have never needed to use our travel insurance, we wouldn't go away without it. We always use 1cover - very easy to arrange online.

I chose 1Cover again for my latest trip to Hawaii. I did not need to make any claims but I had the peace of mind that everything was covered and 1Cover even sent a reminder to extend my cover if I was going to extend my stay.

One of the better prices I found for the cover provided. Not the best but on recommendation went with. Never needed to make a claim so all in all that's a good thing

Enough to spoil ones holiday. Put in a claim to get an unexpected travel cost refunded, but "sorry, we don't cover that particular reason for a delayed flight". isn't that typical? Wouldn't touch them. Not to be relied on to help you out when you get home. They don't want to know you. Very poor. Not a happy camper, but really, are you surprised? they are an insurance company after all. Find every reason not to pay up. Wont be back ever again.

I am still travelling but needed to make a smallish claim. Dealt with in a very friendly and hugely efficient way. No bother at all.
