No claim made thankfully, but felt confident having the travel insurance, particularly in relation to the hire vehicle excess.

Having researched many companies travel insurance offerings, I can personally attest to ICover's value for money policy. With the backing of one of the largest insurance companies behind them, I feel safe and secure in the knowledge that my needs are being taken care of.

Arrived home safely with no need to claim on our insurance policy this time we are so glad. Last holiday it was a different story though having to get the doctor in because of the Dengue Fever we were more than happy with the service when we phone to make a claim for out of pocked expenses which were all sorted out very promptly. Thank you

It seemed good value after comparing with other companies and was simple to purchase. Did not need to claim, so cannot compare this side of the insurance.

Had no problems this trip. The cover provided peace of mind and was easy to arrange. The reason for peace of mind was that on a previous trip we had occasion to make a claim. This process was straight forward and painless. Will be using one cover on my future trips

Easy to set up. Good coverage Haven't made a claim however called claims number by mistake when extending cover duration once. Staff most helpful and courteous.

This is the second time I have used 1Cover and did not need to make a claim which is great but having Travel Insurance gave me the peace of mind to enjoy my trip without having to worry.... the first time I used 1Cover I did need to make a claim and I found them very efficient, easy to deal with and the my claim was reimbursed very quickly which is why I went with them again and will use them for my next trip as well. People need to realise a claim is only paid on expenses incurred while overseas. I made the mistake to wait till I got back to Australia for further treatment with doctors, xrays, physio etc and that meant I was out of pocket for all of these expenses!
