This tip went very well with the comfort of knowing we were covered for our travel needs. Last time I contracted dengue fever and required 4 days treatment in Bangkok. 1 Cover kept in constant contact with my hospital, assisted with our return travel and promptly paid our claim on our return to Australia. They are highly recommended.

I have taken out many travel insurance policies with this company and have found it easy to make the purchase. I have been fortunate that I have not needed to make a claim but have had feedback from friends, who have, that the process was trouble-free.

Quick, easy and cheap insurance. I always get comprehensive which covers everything I need if I ever need to make a claim. So simple and quick to book, and I always use 1 Cover for my travel insurance. I'm lucky as I haven't yet had to make any travel claims yet, but I'm sure if I did, the process would be quick, easy and fast just like purchasing the insurance!

No claim made thankfully, but felt confident having the travel insurance, particularly in relation to the hire vehicle excess.

It seemed good value after comparing with other companies and was simple to purchase. Did not need to claim, so cannot compare this side of the insurance.
