Only made one claim for vehice rental excess. Dealt with in helpful and friendly manner. Would always use 1 Cover.

Continue to use 1 Cover for our travel insurance because of its value for money and inclusions in its travel policies.

Had to contact 1 Cover regarding online hotel booking company going into liquidation. Although the staff were empathetic, unfortunately this is not covered by the insurance and we lost $500. Won't be using discount hotel accommodation websites again.

I will never use another Travel Insurance company because 1 Cover are the best. I have used them 10 times on my travels and I have had 2 claims. Claiming was so easy and fast. Staff were courteous and efficient and helpful. I am just going to purchase another Travel insurance Policy for my trip next March.

I have used 1Cover for travel insurance many times. Twice in the last year I have needed to make a claim and in both cases they were extremely prompt & very helpful including organising & paying for medical evacuation back to Australia. Highly recommended.

Easy and value for money, Recommend them any time

I have used 1 Cover now for my past three trips. On each occasion I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. After doing some checking of other travel insurance rates I have also found their rates to be very competitive. Lucky no claims have had to be made, but peace of mind knowing you are covered is what it is about.

This is the 4th time we choose 1Cover for our travel insurance and if they keep performing in this manner we will selrct them again next year

Very happy with my dealings with 1cover. I've not yet made a claim, but purchasing has been hassle-free and their communications have been friendly, professional and helpful. Value for money also appears excellent.
