For years I defaulted to the World Nomads site. I thought I was getting value for money. It's a hip funky portal and I wrongly assumed that they would be providing me the best coverage for the best price. The customer service officer whom I have contacted clearly informed what are the documents to be submitted with the claim. Accordingly, I made my claim and the value was reimbursed within 12 days.

Not only is the insurance provided at a reasonable cost, when it came time to make a claim, the whole process was so quick & easy, with all the time frames met

Purchase twice this insurance. Of course when your trip goes right everything is perfect as you don´t use it!. Second time my daughter got sick and I claimed flight and hotel. They never paid a penny or anything. No proper answer. Still waiting....

To have $1700+ worth of stuff stolen and to receive $550 back is an absolute disgrace. Never using you again.
