Great through the claims process just once submitted took over a month to be reviewed, when policy said 10 days.

1 Cover has always provided excellent service, would choose them over anyone else at their current level of service.

I clearly stated the total amount to repair my camera and a lower amount was offered, well under the repair cost (not including the excess). Very dodgy!!!!

I must commend the way the consultant took me through the whole process. I was skeptic and anxious at the start as I didn't know how to go about with the claim. 1cover consultant just allayed all my fears and apprehensions by taking me through the entire process and explaining in detail all steps to make the claim, which absolutely made the whole claim process so pain free.

Very good service and would definitely recommend one cover to everyone who travels. I had to make a claim and I got a fast response and very fast return.

The whole experience from the initial phone call, was quick, smooth and efficient. Will definitely refer family and friends and will purchase again for our next holiday...

Customers need an emergency contact when they have a medical emergency as we found out this is non existing with 1cover & you have to fend for yourself leaving you very vulnerable in a foreign country.
The claims process is very difficult and very very slow and there is no compassion at all 1cover are very shallow.

I was hospitalised in Dubai with pneumonia and 1Cover couldn't do enough to assist in getting my wife & myself home. Even to the point of upgrading our flight to Business Class at no expense to ourselves. We will be travelling overseas later this year & won't hesitate to insure with 1Cover again.

Once I put in my claim, I made a folllow up phonecall and money was transferred immediately. Great company

I travel a lot and always get travel insurance, generally through Covermore. I thought I'd give NIB Travel Insurance a go as I was offered 10% off the policy as I held health insurance. I made a claim and they would not cover it. I dropped my phone and they wanted me to report that to a police officer. Never have I ever had a problem with travel insurance. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Go with Covermore or a company you can really rely on.

My claim for flight and accommodation costs as a result of an illness was smooth and prompt. All done on line and payment made direct to my bank account

Insureandgo refusing to accept claim because I do not have original receipts of suitcases which were severly damage in transit, despite all other documents, photos and damage report by airline provided to them.
