Reserved my 10 rating for a time when they pay a claim.

1Cover website easy to negotiate. Cover is priced well compared to some others but the test is how they handle a claim and that fortunately I haven't had to deal with yet.

No customer service- customer obstruction, delaying tactics, incompetence. They ended p asking us how much had they paid to us? every time they stuffed up they added another 10 days to the process. worst experience ever with insurance

Zoom were fantastic! They reviewed our claim and had a decision within 24 hours. I will only use Zoom now.

I know when I purchase insurance here I'm covered for all cruise evacuations and for any other unforseen things that may occur ,peace of mind!!!

Avoid. Something has gone seriously wrong with insureandgo. Had been using them for several years with limited need to claim. This year just gone I lost my ipad on a flight and it took 6 months plus involvement with the ombudsman to resolve.

Their prices are reasonable and their service is outstanding. The claim was easy. No hidden catch, no excessive paperwork, no need to call different departments.

We have used 1Cover on and off for yes and find that it gives us better cover than others

We switched to 1 Cover beacuse of my husbands age and we had to pay extra for an existing medical condition which is nearly 20 years old and has never been a problem in all the years of travelling but the easy of the claim after my fall and promptness of payment was very fast and efficient. Will definitely use 1 Cover again

Never had any problem with a claim use them all the time thank you will always use scti for every trip

I compared the quote to 1. my health insurer,2. my employer's travel insurer and 3. my bank, where I am supposed to get a discount. The other 3 were all similar prices, Insure-And-Go was genuinely cheaper.

Broke ribs in Belgium. Called for advice. Told me to go straight to hospital. Called later to check all okay.

Thanks for the follow up since I have been home. I understand it is probably an automatic response but I have appreciated it all the same.
