Easy to organise and pricing is very reasonable, haven't had any need for a claim in the whole time we have been using 1Cover.

I have just bought and insurance policy for a holiday later this month. InsureandGo are definitely competitive and I feel confident as I have used this company before. Last year I was travelling in Italy and my SLR camera was damaged. I immediately sent an email which Insureango responded to immediately. On my return to Australia there were no dramas at all in claiming for my camera. I have peace of mind that I am well and truly covered if something happens - but hopefully I will just have a blissful time!!

When I mentioned to Tick that my dad's phone and luggage was damaged they immediately contacted me and sent me forms to fill out. We didn't go through it as the phone was found and luggage was the zip wrecked. Would recommend them as they were cheaper than any other company.

I have used 1Cover travel Insurance for several years now and luckily only ever had to make a claim once. The claim procedure was quick and easy and everything was paid out without hassle or question.
1Cover offer the most competitive rates for the most comprehensive policies, whether they be interstate or international.
I honestly cant speak highly enough of them and me and my family never leave home without them!

Didn't need to claim thankfully but did speak to customer service while we were away and they were very helpful.

Insureandgo's Claims process was so slow and they were so difficult to deal with , that I had to get the Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO) to investigate and expedite my claim as InsureandGo were taking months to settle.

If I was told upfront that I was unlikely to get any compensation for a 14 hour flight delay due to frost, or 4 days without luggage I would not have embarked on the massive amount of information required by the claim forms.

Very easy to deal with, easy online application. Have been dealing with this company for the last 4 years. Great..

This was the third year I have used 1Cover travel insurance and as a person with several pre-existing conditions have been 100% satisfied with the service and premiums I have received. Will be back for more on my next trip. Regards Ray Darragh

1Cover travel insurance has been our choice for many overseas trips in the recent decade, despite never having to make a claim. One example was during our recently completed trip where it was impressive to be able to show a car hire agent in (expensive) Norway that my travel insurance more than adequately covered his company's damages excess. Another example was near the end of the trip when it was realised, due to a last minute 'kerfuffle' with flight bookings, that our travel insurance cover expired seven hours before arriving home. Probably due to our good record with them, 1Cover was happy to extend our cover by half a day at no extra charge - such are excellent customer relations!
