We have just returned from a trip and happy to say we didn't need to make a claim. , but we have in the past and I Cover was excellent

I didn’t have to claim anything so cant fully comment on 1 Covers helpfulness when you really need it, however, for me not being a huge document reader, 1 covers phone communication was definitely appreciated :) I’ll use again. Thankyou.

Really easy to purchase. I haven't had to claim yet but I purchase as a safeguard. Its not overly priced. It will be interesting to see what happens if I have to claim considering other insurance agencies I've dealt with.

The rep could not have been more friendly and helpful when I needed to alter my travel plans and adjust my insurance as a result.

Never had to make a claim, but knowing we were covered on our whanua Cruise for 10 day's was peace of mind for all 30 of us, we "Thank you" for taking care of our package deal, & excellent service over the phone.

I cannot praise 1Cover enough for their help with a recent claim. I'd had taken ill on my holiday, and I contacted 1Cover via email, the response to my enquiry was within 5 hours of sending my 1st email, and they have aided me in submitting a claim. I alway use 1Cover for my travel needs and so have my travel buddies, will be using 1Cover for my future trips...

This company provides comprehensive travel insurance at a very competitive price. The medical screening process is very easy and no need to see a doctor for most illnesses, also a lot covered for no extra charge. Claims process was easy and efficient

received just $211 for iphone 6 64gbtick depreciated to that figurebut if you look online the value is far greater that the value suggested i thought for the excessive excess the payment would have been more..and it took so long for claim to be settledwhich involved numerous interstate phone calls....maybe think twice to use tick again or even recommend to friends

Rang Tick customer service to be told that going through 3rd party sites to obtain insurance, doesn't give you the correct policy - wanted to add my children as I was unable to do so at the time of booking - was advised that I made the mistake so they were unable to help. I had to cancel the policy and start again - but as it is out of the 14 days I couldn't have the same price. She spoke very rudely and abrupt!
Would never recommend Tick insurance or use them in the future.

Good price easy site acceptance of pre existing condition good.
But as with any insurance only tested with claim until then you never know

Have been using them for a number of years and the value for money on their Gold Insurance is wonderful
