We have never taken out travel insurance for travel within Australia before. We enjoyed the peace of mind it gave us as we are an elderly couple. Although in good health we know things can change.
We have also taken out insurance with you for overseas travel next year.

Refused to cover for replacement passport after it got wet in my bag even though it was covered in my policy. Bunch of crooks

I was taken to hospital by ambulance with a broken ankle after slipping on a ramp on my last day. After the 1st few hours waiting for insurance approval everything went ahead smoothly. 4 nights in hospital, one back at the hotel then business class flights home escorted at each airport all with no excess. It has always been an easy task dealing with 1 Cover as they are always helpful and provide all necessary information and advice. I have had cover from them on two occasions and I could not fault their customer service.

Cheap insurance without having to pay for all the extras. Excess fee was very acceptable if you required to claim.

It was super easy to navigate the entire online purchase as a 'senior', that is supported by 'slam-dunk' value for money.

When I travel it is always 1Cover for my insurance. Value for money and peace of mind. I have not had to make a claim but I am sure that the service would be great as usual.

cheap cover that is just what I want without the extras I don't need easy to buy online & touchwood I have not had to claim so far but it is good to know you're covered
