Easy to purchase, great value considering level of cover and x4 persons. Would consider using again for sure. Didn’t need to use it but good to have peace of mind.

The details of the PDS pretty much absolves Woolworths Insurance from paying any claim to anybody for anything. Go elsewhere.

I tried to purchase my travel insurance online but the birthday field kept on reverting back to 2017!! It was so frustrating to say the least.

Have taken out two other policies for upcoming trips but not with you because others have quoted lower prices with same cover. Loyalty means little these days.

The choice is simple and was demonstrated on my cruise last week (10/12) when a passenger needed to be airlifted from the ship with serious health issues. Just to show these things can happen. 1 week later as the Spirit was 1 day out on its next cruise the exact same thing happened. The process is easy and extraordinary value 5 star

Will use for my next trip. My son had type 1 diabetes, didn't need to claim but happy with 1Cover.

The best rating of Insurance is based on claims experience - fortunately I have not (yet) had to claim from Insure and Go.

Although the costs were reasonable, my experience has left me somewhat scared to travel overseas again. Seriously injured in Asia while holidaying, I needed urgent medical treatment & hospitalisation. Language problems from the start of the process was frustrating as was getting permission to go ahead with procedures required. Tried to get assistance to immediately return to Australia but was declined. So was stuck overseas medically unfit to fly for 8 weeks till I got a Dr to write a clearance for a fee. Flew back & was admitted to hospital same day. My claims were many & had documented receipts where possible but most rejected for some reason or the other. After 4 months I got my solicitor onto it & finally got a minimal payout. Very disappointed with the whole process & would never use or recommend World Nomads. NB.They tried to tell me it was a pre existing medical condition from when I was a young boy but that was false & after many documented evidence reports from my Dr`s, they agreed to a settlement. I was very distressed being stuck overseas with no real help or assistance from them.

Quite happy and easily will take your money, offer you 24 hour emergency help where all they offer is a chat on the phone, due to branches being closed. After waiting the 10 day claim waiting period i was told i needed to have a meeting and that it could take 4 months even though i am still overseas and in desperate need of a phone etc which was stolen, and provided police report, proof of purchase and receipts on all items stolen from me, a witness and contact number. Yet they cancel my claim until i return home or my 4 month period expires. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time and money on travel insurance that riddled with asterixs even the most dedicated competent person would not want to waste the time or effort to have a No result at the end of the day. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Easy online application. No fuss insurance that provides great cover. I took out domestic insurance as it saved me having to pay additional insurance to the car rental company.

The application process is very easy. A cost premium and the best insurer for covering pre-existing medical conditions. I only buy my travel insurance from them.
