At first I thought the process was a bit over the top, but I fully understand the process. Responsive in their assesment. I will continue to use 1cover without doubt

We fortunately didn't need to use our travel insurance policy but it provided peace of mind for our travel to the USA - a country notorious for its high hospital costs. We used 1Cover on our trip to the USA last year as well and after reviewing other travel insurance cover options found that 1Cover provided a very competitive price with a high level of cover, so took out a policy this trip as well.

I found it easy to find the info I needed to work out if it was I wanted for my trip. A quick process too.

There are two major reasons for travel insurance, missed flights and medical. Lost luggage is an annoyance but you can deal with it.
I missed a connecting flight due to my first flight being delayed and they denied my claim. They have a vague clause that claims deniability if they determine the airline has control over your delay. There's no visibility on how they determine that. It's as close to a scam as I have seen, pity for me I didn't see it before I paid.

Great initial price for 12 months cover, Made a medical claim, which was hassle free and money was in my bank within a fortnight. Highly recommend.

Approved my claim and helped me through a hospitalization and ambulance ordeal ... Then courtesy of Icelandic ambulance rules I got a second invoice 2months later which stressed me out but 1 cover has approved everything thank you !!

We required assistance immediately and 1cover had great staff to assist us 24/7. Thanks for getting us home quickly with a broken leg that was a freak accident

We had to make a claim in Thailand. We had a Aussie on the phone which made things easier. Claim was instant and funds back within days. The rest of the claim was easy to process with their simple site and they had great communication. Will use again for sure!

Like all consumers, I did shop around however, 1Covwe still came out on top with what I was looking for in travel insurance.

I have used 1 cover from memory around at least 6 or more times, over the years and have always had full confidence in what they stand for. "The Customer"

I didn’t need to use the insurance but I needed to extend my insurance and I couldn’t. The website says to extend via website but there was no option available in my panel. I did send an email requesting and it took more than 3 days to get a response so I had to get a new insurance with a new company. I won’t be getting your insurance anymore.

Before we traveled earlier this year we compared lots of travel insurance companies, 1 cover was the cheapest. The application process was easy and straightforward. We claimed medical expenses and they were helpful and the claiming process easy. Highly recommend this company , they were excellent.
