The gentlemen at travel insurance saver tend to be very caring when they speak on the phone, and they are always honest about the products they are offering. What's more the product they offer is competitively priced... would highly recommend.

Was very easy to purchase travel insurance through these guys, all I had to do was give them a call and they processed my cover for me - this really stands out, it's hard to speak to anyone from within the country anymore so when you're able to speak to someone directly it makes all the difference.

Works well for seniors, especially with medical conditions,

I put in a claim that was not hotel related but in regards to the surrounds that weren’t safe to stay. You kept referring to the hotel which wasn’t the issue to not reimburse me. I will never use again and I will make sure my friends don’t either

Travel insurance is a must, and InsureandGo offers a number of cover options. The price is very reasonable and would be hard to beat.

We have insured with insure and Go for many years never having had to make a claim. We were reassured with the choice product review and felt confident that this insurance company would look after us if anything untoward happened. During a recent trip to LA I was very ill. Despite repeated calls to the medical assistance team I only ever spoke to someone in the Philippines and never had any assistance other than a series of emails and documents mailed to me. At no point during the horrendous 5 days of illness did this company provide any assistance at all. This, after all, is what you pay for isn't it? The knowledge that if you get ill away from home you will be helped. Additionally my condition if left untreated would have resulted in septic shock however because the treatment was dental of the $4000 AUD we paid in the USA for treatment this company would only approve $400 AUD. Yep that's right 10%. What a joke. Not only did they not help but we were left with an enormous debt as they didn't recognise my condition as a medical emergency. Never ever again will we insure with this company.

I had to see the Dr. on board our Mediterranian cruise and my account came to $1300, I put in a claim and they didn't hesitate to to give me my money.

It was difficult to get documents from the Chinese hospital as no one spoke any English. Once we had them and claim was submitted it was handled very quickly and efficiently by the Agent. Thank you.

I looked at many insurance companies for cover, Insure and Go was the only one that would cover my condition and give me peace of mind to travel.
