Price was competitive when purchasing travel insurance, but when it came to making a claim - everything went from bad to worse. Insure and go never instigated contact, every time, we had to call them, and it took over 2 months to settle the claim. Within days of threatening to contact the Ombudsman, we were paid out. Would not use again.

1cover has always been our go to for travel insurance, we have never had to make a claim but it's always peace of mind that we do have 1cover if we ever need to make a claim.

This is the second time I have purchased a policy and both times have found premiums to be best value for cover offered. Easy to understand and purchase process very simple.

The purchase was simple through Compare the market. I am yet to go on the trip will complete the review on my return

We have used InsureandGo for the last 3 or 4 years and find them helpful when we needed them.

It’s good when we get a special discount otherwise it can be pretty expensive for us.

I travel reasonably frequently I use Insure and go if I am travelling overseas also in Australia if I am hiring a car to cover the Liability costs. Haven't had a claim so can't comment on that part of their service.

I've Always used Insure and go, web sites easy to use, price is excellent. I've never made a claim, If I do I hope that's just easy as the web site and as good as the price.

We have used Insureandgo numerous times for our overseas travel and feel confident that we are covered for any unforseen events while we are away from home. We have and will continue to recommend Insureandgo to our family and friends.

The cover provided on the annual insurance is fantastic. Pre-existing conditions are easily dealt with and in my case did not incur an extra premium. This gives me great peace of mind that there will be no nasty surprises.
